So many of us get confused on what protein to buy and which?
So here are few things you may wanna check based on my opinion.

- Calories per-scoop&serving;
Calories matter even though it is a health product especially when you’re trying to achieve a certain body goal,taking it into count is definitely important.

- Grams of protein per serving/scoop;
Since your main goal would be to substitute your protein intake it is very important for you to take note of the amount of protein that comes with each serving of the protein shake you’re buying.
.
- Checking ingredients/table of content;
Protein shake often contain other macros as well at times such as carbs and fats besides the macros there are other substances as well such as sugar,creatine,glutamine and so on.
Sometimes you can spot things that you maybe allergic too or don’t want to have too much of to avoid future obstacles.

- Type of Protein;
Most protein powders have a base such as plant base protein, soy, hemp and your regular animal based protein, this could be useful incase you have preference for example, if you’re a vegan or if you’re lactose intolerant there are also lactose free protein powders as well.
Also a certain type has different health benefits compared to the others.

- Check got approved brand;
There are a lot scams and misfits amongst the products so it’s important to check if your brand is health approved and recognised by the relating organisations.
